First, the app requires registration to be able to save readings which is entirely unnecessary given how little storage a temperature reading requires and the capacity of modern phones. Second, as a sensor app it should be able to continue recording data through a background process rather than requiring the app always be in the foreground on my Galaxy S7. Third, the graph interface is a little hard to navigate as it should snap to the first time point it has data for and ignore screen rotation commands that close it. If the app were updated to address these usability issues, then my rating would be much higher. The app does a good job of reminding you how to use the device.

Worked great on previous phone, but with my new phone, it stops recording temperature whenever I leave the app. When I return to the app, the temperature hasn't updated and nothing was logged. The only way to get the temperature again is to disconnect and reconnect. The whole point in getting the Fever Scout was to monitor my child's fever and act if it started rising, especially overnight. If it can't monitor, it's just a huge waste of money.

Works great when it stays running, but is flaky with split-screen and sometimes dies (and stops recording temperature until you reopen it) if you're doing enough on your phone. (Devs: I already sent you an email about this to the address listed in the store.) Would also like to see pinch to zoom and/or a way to see the whole day on one screen.
